도서관 - PubMed 검색법: Getting Started

• PubMed : 의생명과학 분야의 가장 권위있는 무료 서지색인 데이터베이스. 온라인을 통해 MEDLINE을 검색하는 시스템.
• MEDLINE : 1879년도부터 미국국립의학도서관(NLM)에서는 권위 있는 의학학술지를  선정하여 논문을 색인(MeSH 부여) 한 후 DB로 구축. 현재, 1946년도 이후 출판된 Biomedical 분야의 5,630종 저널에서 2,000만 건이 색인된 의학문헌색인  DB.
• PMC : 무료제공 원문DB.

¨ 어떠한 연구 주제를 검색할 지 글로 써보자 

    “What is the best method to screen pregnant women for streptococcal infections?”

     “pregnant/women/screening/streptococal infections”  

     “pregnant/pregnancy - screening/testing - women/woman/female - streptococal infections”

      “streptococcal infections” 의 MeSH 검색 (예, “heart attack – myocardial infarction”)

      (pregnant OR pregnancy) AND (screening OR testing) AND(women OR woman OR female) AND “streptococcal infections”[mesh]

     -가장 관련 있는 논문 하나를 선택하여 MeSH Terms를 확인하고 MeSH Term에 링크된 논문 확인

     - Related citations 확인 , Web of Science에서  인용정보 검색
